The cost per person is based on double occupancy and a minimum of two people traveling together.
 
Deposits & Payments-
All charges are payable in US Dollars. All transfers should be made to the “Himalayan Destinations” account at Nepal Investment Bank , Putalisadak, Kathmandu. Where payment is made through a credit card, there is a supplement of 4 %.
A deposit of 25 % is due within ten days of confirming a reservation. The full and final payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations & Refunds-
For hotels, monasteries & other venues, airlines and transportation:
(i) Incentives– 50 % retention if there is a cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the full amount is forfeited.
(ii) Normal Groups– 50 % retention if there is a cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
(iii) FIT’s- 50 % retention if there is a cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Specific airlines and transport entrepreneurs have  more specific cancellation policies. The above serve as guidelines only.

Passports and Visas-
Visas are required for travel to Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. Passports must be valid for six months from the date of entry.
